Ajurveda – the balance your body and soul.
Ayurveda is a science originating in India several thousand ago. In accordance with this science human‘s body consists of 5 elements: air, water, fire, earth and ether. Naturally human body exists as a system of these 5 correlating elements. Everyone reacts differently to the same factor: for example to food, fruit, climate, stress and etc., depending on his character, temperament and constitution. Ancient wiseacres interpreting phenomenon of live, has formulated three main vital princples – three doshas: Vata, Pitta, Kapha. Our health and wellbeing depends on the mutual equilibrium of three doshas. And disorder of this equilibrium causes diseases. Ayurvedic medicine has its own standpoint on disease and its treatment, which is different from traditional medicine. Auyrvedic medicine doesn‘t eliminate disease, but its physical and psychological reasons and helps to keep health and welbeing.
VATA dosha – „A power of movement and changes“ princple. It is a compound of ether and air. It changes every day, every hour every minute. It is hard to suppose Vata person‘s mud. Vata dosha person has narrow shoulders and hips, plane chest, little weight and light constitution, whippy. Height tall or small. Dry skin. Eats everything and much, but not become fatten. Visible veins and capillaries, near skin’s surface. Crackly joints. Hates cold, windy weather. Quickly assimilates information and quickly forgets it. Sleep superficial.VATA dosha regulates movement: muscles’, lungs’, blood’s, lymph’s, nerve impulse. It controls central nervous system. Swoons and spasms, nervous tension (unease, fear, and depression), loneliness and exhaustion are causes Vata’s function disorders. Imbalances Vata persons become unsatisfied with their life, impatient, fell lack of confidence and bravery. And all this wears off, when this person is balanced.

Balanced Vata persons has rich imagination, spiritual and happy. Has quick reaction to the external irritants. Imbalanced Vata persons occurs stomach and muscles pain and spasm, convulsions, tremble, pain in joints. Regular regimen, diet, physical trainings and massages helps to balance Vata type. It is very important to find time for relaxation, that is very difficult to do for Vata, but it is the only way to improve its wellbeing.

Has good metabolism, good intestine and good appetite. Eats a lot of food even before sleep, drink a lot of liquid and secrete a lot of urine. Excrements are yellow, liquid and rich. Their body temperature is higher then other types’, warm legs and hands. They don’t like sun, hot and hard work. Pitta persons are goodwill, understanding, intelligent, they could be good speakers, but note hatred, envy and anger. Essentially they are greedy for fame, leaders. Appreciate property and like financial work.

Regular and moderate regimen is necessary in order to balance this type. Fresh air and food, regular nourishment is very important for them. They should refuse alcohol, smoking, avoid stress. Moderation and discipline helps to keep this type balance.

This type’s persons are very patient, calm, devoted and forgiving. They are rich, because they are able to earn money and to control it rationally. It is very difficult for them to slim. Overweight demonstrates its imbalance. Kapha persons are touch slow, they eat and speak slowly. They are calm, seldom become angry, like meal. They have a lot of vitality and don’t weary of physical work. They come on with money, things, energy, food and fat accumulation. Kapha type’s persons are tender, patient, forgiving. In crisis they stay calm and give encouragement to their survivors. Negative qualities – rapacity and importunity. They don’t like cold and damp weather, because they become slower and depressed. Sleep long and deep, don’t suffer sleeplessness. Slowly assimilate information, but remember it for a long time.
Kapha dosha balancing: Kapha is responsible for stomach, chest, lungs, throat and nose mucous membrane, spinal cord, blood and lymph systems. All these organs diseases demonstrate Kapha dosha imbalance. Body purification and optimal nourishment regimen helps it balancing.
